we had two times track meet so far.
it was fun and tough!
yesterday, we were in Preston. it was snowing !!!
athletes have to run in the snow, i was freezing!!
even though i brought a blanket and sweat shirt this time, i was still freezing!!!
by the way, last time, i didn't know i have to bring warm stuff, i was dying!!! super cold!
i can't even run! i ran 400 meters last time, not so good.
this time, i ran 200 meters, not so bad, but my arch hursts so bad!
i taped my arch, it still didn't work! poor me!!
i threw shotput this time, i only practice once, i tried it! haha fun!!
for sure, i am not good at it, u need to have strong arm!!
